How Music shapes my brain
Healing Music
As I keep navigating through the storms of Burnout, Overwhelm, Brain Fog, Relocating… I thank God I haven’t yet reached full Apathy.
I am no stronger than other ND’s.
Curiosity best describes me.
I never stop Searching , not to be confused with Researching, a dreaded word by Media, thinking that elaboration of new information is repeating what has already been said, sadly so.
Personal Expertise is validated by Full-Disclosure of one’s privacy, something unthinkable to me, even more online.
I am no musician, though Music has always played a Healing role in my life, starting with David Bowie…
I am confident in my Musical Expertise by personal experience.
I don’t force my beliefs on anyone.
This is honest Advocacy and Sharing.
Nonetheless, I learn more from my niche followers than…Research!
Music hacks my brain.
You’ll notice that as of late, I write in first person, since I keep studying Mental Health somewhere in the East.
No need to submit credentials.
I came across a Music channel BY PURE COINCIDENCE while checking out on a Bowie track.
It turned out into a Music Therapy tool featuring all genres for each Mindset with specific waves and their descriptions.
I selected “Sounds for ADHD Focus” and I went in a Trancelike mode within minutes.
I felt like my brain was positively hacked.
Only later, my experience was confirmed by the channel.
Music is a brain hacker.
All it takes, is finding the right tune. And tons of dopamine to activate Reward centers.
“I am not musical” has been debunked.
We all are subconsciously musical.
The Brain craves Music as Dopamine, even more so in Neurodivergence.
Neuroscientists implemented Music Therapy with an ear-canal device called C-BMI-Chill Brain-Music Interface-to decode what tune works for insensitive ND s, personal info ndr.
Headphones are on the way to extinction.
I regret not being allowed to elaborate, but I am not qualified for.
AI will do the job just fine.
You will excuse me now, my ADHD med is wearing off and I m going to play my Focus track.
An awesome Personal Experience.
