Going against the odds is the Symphony of Me.

I am learning to be myself in the midst of the storm.
I am releasing all pressure.
I am capable to take my decisions.
Peace is achievable only by helping others.
We can’t love if we don’t love ourselves for the glory of others.

Storms remind me of these Godly affirmations.
I look forward to the future, because every storm will pass.
The Past won’t haunt me anymore.
I dropped the Mask.

It is our duty to spread the Truth.

Spreading any Truth can be either convenient or inconvenient.
Some new theories in Neuroscience claim that the brain always knows what is right or wrong.
We take decisions at our own risk, even more so in ADHD.
Knowing the Truth is always having the answer ready.
People can choose to Reject the Truth, not acknowledging it.

Neuroscientists have studied and named this Brain Pattern.

The Paradox Effort

The Brain recognizes Worthiness through its Reward Mechanism fueled by Dopamine.
We can define Convenience as Paradox Effort: individuals are willing to co-operating, since they see the Light at the end of the tunnel.
Conversely, Inconvenience is associated to Rejection, or perceived as Wasted Effort.
Since the brain is naturally wired to Worthiness, we must stand the ground and persevere into spreading the Truth without fear.

Peace be with you all…

Competition brings no Happiness. I am enough.

If we are made at the image of God, it means we are Enough.

Why conform to Societal Expectations?

Globalization is the worst scheme possible.

It is pure Competition, no help whatsoever.

Who can benefit from Competition?

Nobody. Competition is destroying our neighbor for Success, whilst staining us with Envy.

We’re all losers in this game.

Co-operation is the way to go, always benefiting all of us.
In fact, Sport is not Competition per se, each athlete is worth their efforts.
This is Teamwork.

I’m often ridiculed by people around me for my opinions.
Sometimes, I’m so disappointed that I smack my head to get rid of negativity.
It’s not easy to go against the current.
I’m a human with doubts like anyone else.
Only God reassures me of my right doings through Prayer.
I just ask for Essentials.

We all deserve Happiness.

Jesus never promised a Trouble-free life, although we can experience Happiness walking with Him.
Money alone is not Happiness.
Even non-believers know it.

I can find Happiness even in the midst of the storm, right where I am in this challenging moment.
Reward will arrive in due course.
I am enough, no better or worse than my neighbor.

Don’t allow yourself to be deprived of your Self-esteem.
Self-esteem defines you.

You are enough.

Follow-up on Forced Learning

Learning has two main components: the restorative Cognitive Engagement and the detrimental Cognitive Overload.

In today’s session, I will elaborate on the drawbacks of Cognitive Overload.

The Memory Threshold

The Brain has a limit to the amount of information it can process.
It varies between individuals and it s not related to IQ, though Cerebral Metabolism, the ability to store memories.
It is highly dependent upon Sleep, the reason some people function with less than  6 hours per night, while neurodivergents typically require 9 hours.
Ironically, the neurodivergent often sleep less than the neurotypical, contributing to Cognitive Overload.

Cognitive Overload is destructive to ND s

Everyone can experience Cognitive Overload.
While symptoms are basically the same, the real challenge is Recovery.

No matter how long, Recovery is always possible for NT s, whereas the condition almost becomes chronic for ND s.

 Symptomatology of Apathy

Although there are several symptoms associated to Cognitive Overload, Apathy best describes them all together.

The medical definition of Apathy is the full loss of Interest towards all aspects of life without Shame, like total lack of Self-care in public.
It goes beyond Anhedonic MDD-the highest level of depression characterized by the inability to experience pleasure-and Expressive Aphasia, the inability to express thoughts.

Bottom line: Full-blown Dissociation.
There is no cure other than serodopaminergic maintenance.

That being said, does Competition pay off?
No way.
I value Sanity over Authority.

Nowadays, Writing is no-longer spontaneous.

Cognitive Engagement is the scientific term for Consistent Learning.
Students will support the more inquisitive “Studying”.
Nothing wrong as far as we don’t compromise the core concept.

A language has Jargons for every profession and generation.
It won’t be long before AI will integrate all languages globally.

No more need for translators on the lookout to a new job.
“Keyword Analysts” would replace “Translators” just fine.

The successful writer of 2026 onwards is a smart blender of keywords into a fiction book.
The same applies to bloggers, reporters, journalists…

However, I don’t give in with my niche friends and partnerships, my revenue streams from Advocacy and practical Help for the Weak, starting from my institutionalized autistic brother and his Community.

I agree with Lord Google on cracking down upon artificial blogs plainly copying data from scientific journals or AI.

I don’t Copy anything. I Research and apply latest findings to my personal experiences.
Most importantly, I use MY SYNTAX for editing my articles.
I shun Academic Writing whenever possible, despite my personal knowledge.
After all, I never claimed to be an MD.
Neither is this a Medical Platform.

I value my privacy more than Authoritativeness, today’s top arrogant keyword.
Nobody is an Authority online. My physical psychiatrist is, in real life, not on his Clinic’s website.

The Net has become a dog-eat-dog world.
I use the Net. It doesn’t use me and my niche friends.
TRUST is my favorite keyword.

Competition and Burnout.

The message is very explicit: Never Stop Learning.

There is no age for the brain to stop learning. We decide when to retire cognitively, usually in combination with Job Retirement around 65, the perfect recipe for Alzheimer’s in healthy adults.

Although still understudy, it would appear that Learning regularly at one’s own pace, reverses the formation of brain plaques while activating Reward Systems.
I couldn’t agree more, despite in midlife.

 Personal Development.

I coined the expression “Forced Learning” to describe  “Cognitive Overload”.

Cognitive Overload refers to absorbing an excessive amount of information in a given time for competitive play.
This is a common practice in blogging.
They claim that building Authority is key to ranking. False. View numbers are their real value. Mega sites with million followers always outrank beginner bloggers no matter how authoritative.

This is Forced Learning and Writing.
Burnout is the outcome.

I reiterate: the Net will never have my back.

Intense emotions in ADHD

ADHDers always skyrocket the initial Response to disappointment, just to regret it later.
NT s interpret the reaction as uncontrollable, scary, dangerous Anger-Outburst, inevitably.
Put it bluntly, several feelings are expressed in a single inflated Emotion.
We know why.

The Prefrontal Execution of Thoughts in ADHD

ADHDers don’t elaborate their Thoughts, they act on Instinct to Fear, Preservation, Challenge.

They think their loud Cry for Help will solve all issues at once, targeting the peak of the iceberg.
They don’t consider that the peak of ice will avalanche backwards towards them with all their negative amplified energy.

That being said, we’re talking Emotionally.
Some pseudo-theories circulate that firing multiple Emotions at the same time turn into Anger.
I confidently dismiss the notion.
I believe in the inability to separate Emotions in ADHD, turning them in Emotional Outburst.
The general definition of Outburst is a sudden, loud, uncontrollable display of Feelings.
I don’t consider Anger a feeling. Violence, maybe.

The Relationship Between ASD Traits and Moral Harassment

The intense fixations and rigid routines characteristic of ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder) can sometimes cause friction with those around them. Even without any malicious intent, this behavior can be misunderstood as “moral harassment,” which can emotionally overwhelm the other person.

When you’re unintentionally misunderstood as engaging in “moral harassment”.

  • Strong convictions and black-and-white thinking : My routines and personal rules are non-negotiable, and I feel intense stress when they are disrupted. As a result, I may end up harshly criticizing others or forcing my views on them.
  • Difficulty in reading emotions : Because I have trouble picking up on the nuances in people’s expressions and words, I sometimes end up hurting others by repeatedly saying things that come across as cold or insensitive.
  • I have no intention of controlling the other person : The key difference from typical emotional abuse is that there is no underlying malicious intent to “control the other person and gain the upper hand.”

My wife often tells me, “This is moral harassment.”
I have absolutely no intention of doing that. It seems that when I just want to get my point across, or when I’m feeling anxious or scared, I tend to raise my voice.

What are your concerns in your marriage?

 How to compromise with emotions.

Working remotely impacts the family directly.
One’s job becomes a family commitment.
While working-hours are more flexible, they are also longer than 9 to 5 s.
Home becomes office. House-chores are ignored and delegated to the  “regular schedule” partner.
This is often the cause of Friction.
ADHD Hyperfocus and Time-Blindness exacerbate the scenario.

When the partner gets subconsciously engaged with your activity.

This starts with a positive attitude, speeding up the work-load, despite disrupting our hard achieved performance.
The partner claims their contribution to our progress.
To say, the final product comes from them.

I experience it in my part-time writing position, where my wife took the role of Revisor.
She knows more than I about Media, although we both have valid points.
I am more Research oriented, she is more Personal Experience focused.

The Search Engines’ controversy.

With million established years long Mental Health sites, she claims that the only way to get ranked is Sharing feelings and Coping mechanisms with fellow ND s.
The concept is supported by AI results.

On the other hand, I get most views when I report on latest Research.
AI states that my blog appears in Search Results, whilst most young people rely on Social Media for searches, yet major engines disregard “Referral Traffic”.
Again, AI states that Social Media views are paramount for Trust and Metrics.

Who’s right or wrong?!

Emotional Clashes

When both parties have Standpoints, emotions clash inevitably.
We have no control over emotions per se, though we can control the Responses.
I previously mentioned Music as a powerful tool to anticipate Rewarding Behavior within 16 seconds.

Visuals are enhanced by Music.

Now, we can’t always play our favorite tracks, though Imagination is always at hand. The Brain is set for Harmony, give it the chance by listening.
It will have the best interest at heart for you.

The new era of Mental Health

Current treatments for Mental Illness are turning out underperforming in view of new research and options.

Not a breaking-news, to tell the truth: Psychiatry was predicted of getting absorbed into Neurology by this decade.
The practice is virtually still alive, although headed towards supervised hospital settings’ treatments.
Former illegal drugs are found to be effective for MDD within one hour infusion, compared to months with traditional antidepressants, if not ineffective at all.

Pros and Cons of Hospitalisation.

Hospitals provide a safe environment for patients.
The Cons are reduced independence, although results outweigh it, apparently.
Patients must visit the hospital every few weeks, since the infusions require bimonthly boosters on average.
Conversely, traditional antidepressants may work in the long-term.
Hospital treatments are still implemented for regular therapy-resistant subjects, though many want immediate relief.
Pharmaceuticals didn’t downplay by pushing new drugs into legalisation.

The Dosage Controversy.

So, something very suspicious is coming to light, and the mischief would qualify for pure Plagiarism.
Most Recreational Drugs on the Black Market, these days, were developed for medical use in the 60/70 s.
The 80 s marked the beginning of Prohibitionary use of these chemicals by Governments, in so passing the monopoly to powerful criminal organizations which tampered with them.

Nowadays, the Drug business has gotten out of hand, with the introduction of poisonous chemicals. An example are opioids: 1g. powder sold as heroin, contains 4% heroin and 96% fentanyl.

Latest findings show the benefits of recreational drugs in Mental Illness at appropriate doses, starting with Cannabis, Ketamine, Psychedelics, Cocaine, Amphetamines, to mention the most common.
Ketamine has already been given FDA approval in hospital settings for the cure of MDD. Cannabis is long available by prescription in alternative to benzodiazepines.

Have we been deceived about drugs all the time?
We’ll never know. What is certain is that we are up to something big.
Pharmaceuticals are fast to adjusting for profit.
What I envision as a critical moment is the survival of pharmacies, already seeing significant declines in sales, particularly in psychotropics, their main source of income until recently.
My hope is that current hospital formulas will become available to pharmacies after safety trials.

Let’s see what happens…

Mental Harmony

Neuroscientists are unveiling what they coined “Search for Harmony of the Brain” for new treatments.
Evidence suggests the Brain being set for Wellbeing. We would mess up with it through Negative Thoughts and Emotions.
In other words, we self-sabotage with Life Experiences. Mental Illness would be the battle between our self-fabricated delusions and the Brain-fight against them.
Current medication is symptomatic only.

Brain Stimulation

Several Noninvasive Cerebral Electrodotal Stimulation procedures  are already underway, although Stimulation can also be performed with former no medical means like Music.

Music is now fully acknowledged as therapy, either by passive or active exposure.
We all speak Music.
Musical waves can be passed under sedation to resistant patients, or selected voluntarily.

Scientists discovered that Music anticipates Rewarding, Repairing Emotions by a 16 seconds timeframe.
Active listeners know what genre works best for them.
We see it in movies, where we envision the outcome of the next scene by the soundtrack. Here is the connection between Music and Imagery.

The theory is that regular listening will abate Negative Thoughts.
Thoughts are naturally negative when resulting from Rumination, since we can’t see the future, what is referred to as “Fear of the Unknown”.
Musical Emotions are not necessarily Predictions, though Harmonic Desires activate Reward Systems and enhance Motivation, a powerful weapon for MDD.

Silence is losing its momentum as Calming therapy.
Unless Silence is Music, a rarity in our society.
I would define Silence as “Sound of Nature”.

The new era of Mental Health has begun.

Latest research shows the importance of switching tasks for Creativity.

ADHD and Autism are 99% co-morbid.
The real challenge is ADHD leaning towards Novelty, Autism towards Routine.

This high co-morbidity often results in Emotional Conflict.
Nonetheless, the term AuDHD is gaining popularity.

Emotional Conflict

While ADHDers are fast to boredom, they are also terrified of Unproductiveness.
Unproductiveness is the trigger of Hyperactivity to me.
My way of outlive hyperactivity is over-Commitment, a form of forced routine, see the connection with Autism.

I didn’t take a break from work in over a year.
I took the past week off for the first time and the sense of guilt assails me.
That’s how Burnout manifests in ADHD, Guilt.
The feeling is exacerbated in specific 24/7 jobs. Although most demanding, they are also most rewarding.
This is the ADHD Trap. I never want to let people down, despite occasional time-off boosts Creativity.

Physical Disconnection

Physical Disconnection is how psychologists define Creativity Recharge.
Body and Mind have never been more connected, this day and age.
The first message is “Step away from screens”.

Screens create  ‘Mental Blocks’ in the long-run, in addition to killing physical activity.
Mental Blocks are Fixations prompted by long overtime online.

AI validates our thoughts by regrouping them in one category, in so excluding other leisurely distractions.

Leisurely Distractions break Mental Blocks by increasing Creativity, ADHDers warned! For once in a lifetime, I hear Distraction’s Praises, best compliment for ADHDers! Problem is, we’re distracted 24/7.

“Ah shut up, I ve been watching too much TV!” used to say my hero, David Bowie.
Trying to break Mental Blocks with Humor.
I tell you what: it works!

Time to debunk the “Mad Scientist Myth” that those nuts live on science alone.
The Science Popularizer dressed Clown-likes with Einstein’s hair hosted in TV shows, made their time.
My favorite Michio Kaku, physicist, is a huge cars’ lover, despite sporting an Einstein full-blown hair.

Decreased Creativity is a sign of Burnout.

Don’t wait until it is too late.
Sudden drops in dopamine are easily detected in ADHD.
You know that Reward is the only cure.
A Fixation is fake reward.
An indication that ASD Routine is sabotaging your Hippocampus, Hypothalamus and Substantia Nigra, the main elements of the Mesolimbic System.

Early Intervention

Start by Switching Tasks Online.
Switching Tasks does not mean Change Job, unless you have more appealing options. It is more about Prioritizing.

Follow up with Outdoor Activities.

That’s to stop the Burnout in its initial tracks.

Implement traditional ADHD Strategies to boost Dopamine, either outdoors or indoors.

We know that Visuals and Music are main sources of Inspiration and Reward in ADHD. They are also highly codependent: Music creates Images in the brain, in so doing, enhancing Concentration by abating our most dreaded ghost, Silence.
Most companies recognize that Music increases Productivity in general.
I can even sleep with Bowie in the background.
And pray before bed, despite the omnipresent Jesus.

I will not let Burnout taking over me.
Be vigilant.
